Multiplying Doilies

I was talking to a friend about why she should keep all of the "old lacy things" that her dad wouldn't let anyone throw away.  Things like handmade table runners and doilies that her Italian grandmother created.  Ahh! I would love to have my grandmother's crochet table runners!
